The book is huge and very thorough. If you want to acquire some medical knowledge then this is the book for you whether you take a class or not. I took a basic course and have been teaching myself the intermediate level to make me a better EMT-B. This knowledge has already paid off as how I assist the Medic by preparing things while he/she focus on patient care.
This is a great textbook, has everything that is required for my class. Very well illustrated and online support. Awesome.
Well written & clear textbook. This is a very easy to follow, (& understand) explanation of the paramedic job & requirements.
The book is okay, its just very wordy; however, it will prepare any student with the knowledge needed to succeed as a paramedic.
Awesome book for anyone wanting to become a paramedic. Great in depth information and materials covered in this book. KUDOS!
My book shipped quickly and appeared to be in good condition. However, when I opened the book I found the spine coming unbound in places. Intent on returning the book I searched the packaging for an invoice and return/refund instructions. I found neither.
With the new changes to Paramedic curriculum this book is a must have for Paramedics trying to keep current or certify for the first time!
